The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized Sales & Marketing Team Member to join our growing team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a female professional based in South America who is fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required) .
Schedule :
- Full-time : 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messagesBuild strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosityWrite clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaignsSupport sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasksCollaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the boxHelp with campaign execution and digital content distributionIdeal Profile
Requirements :
Native-level Spanish and English proficiency , both written and spokenStrong writing skills for blog posts, email messages, and marketing contentExcellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport — must be kind , energetic , and generous in conversationFamiliarity with SEO and email marketing strategiesExperience with Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principlesComfortable using CRM tools , especially Monday.comMust be intelligent , a fast learner , and open to picking up new tools and skillsAbility to think creatively and “ outside the box ” when solving problems or brainstorming campaignsReliable internet and power connection — absolutely essential for call center and remote workWillingness to commit long-term — we're looking for a partner, not a short-term hireWhat's on Offer?
