Job duties :
Proactively build talent pipelines through online sourcing, job fair events in the area to develop recruitment funnels.
Screen, interview and determine candidate fit for available roles.
Train & maintain communication for onboarding requirements.
Assist in development and updating of training materials for employee in accordance with company policy and best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Self-driven and growth motivated
Ability / experience to successfully identify and qualify candidates
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Understanding of general Human Resources and recruiting practices
