Currently, we seek an experienced logistics coordinator for our European distribution HQ in Valencia, Spain. Your mission will be :

Managing logistics for the EU division, including imports, exports, and intra-Europe shipments. Responsibilities include :

  • Handling order flow from start to finish, including trucking and sea freight;
  • Managing documents and compliance;
  • Issuing and checking transport and cargo documents;
  • Coordinating with shipping agents and freight carriers;
  • Planning and benchmarking transportation routes;
  • Communicating with international customers, suppliers, and carriers;
  • Monitoring delivery dates, data entry, and system updates;
  • Managing stock levels, transfers, and bonded stocks;
  • Handling samples, COA, VAT, and customs procedures, including Incoterms and risk management.
  • What we need from you :

  • Excellent English skills;
  • Spanish or other languages are a plus;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, with prioritization skills;
  • Logistics experience, preferably in specialty metals and chemicals;
  • At least 2 years of professional logistics experience;
  • Motivated, challenge-loving, eager to learn.
