We're supporting an exciting and growing automotive company based in Spain who are looking for an experienced Electronics Buyer, ideally with a depth of experience purchasing PCB / A and components.
Role :
- Define a purchasing strategy within your area of the commodity
- Drive NPI activities with EMS and component manufacturers
- Responsible for RFI / P / Q processes and vendor selection
- Lead all negotiations related to your commodity
- Maintain benchmarking data and high levels of market research
- Manage supplier crisis situations and own the responsibility for a stable supply of parts coming in
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams
