About the Role

As our Head of Sales for the French Market, you will play a central role in driving Amenitiz’s growth in one of our most strategic regions. With a highly engaged team of SDRs and AEs already in place—and plans to scale further—you’ll lead, inspire, and empower this group to achieve ambitious targets and establish Amenitiz as the #1 hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in France.

This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You'll own the commercial success of the French region and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.

Your Missions

Be the Strategic Sales Leader

  • Define and implement the regional sales strategy for the French market.
  • Build scalable outreach and funnel tactics to ensure consistent pipeline generation across all segments.
  • Own revenue forecasting and set ambitious, achievable targets—monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on market needs, feedback loops, and expansion strategies.

Be the People Sales Lead

  • Lead, recruit, coach, and inspire a team of SDRs and AEs (currently 16+ and growing).
  • Manage and mentor Sales Team Leaders, ensuring professional growth and team cohesion.
  • Foster a strong, high-performance culture based on ownership, continuous improvement, and a shared vision.
  • Contribute to Amenitiz's Global GTM Success

  • Build and continuously refine a best-in-class sales playbook tailored to the French market.
  • Actively contribute to the broader European and LatAm Go-To-Market team by sharing learnings, insights, and scalable strategies.
  • Be a culture carrier and champion of Amenitiz’s values within and beyond your team.
  • About You

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling teams of 20+ people, including direct leadership of Sales Managers or Team Leaders.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales motions and a track record of successfully building pipeline in competitive markets.
  • Experience selling to a similar ICP (independent businesses, hospitality, travel tech, or SMBs is a plus).
  • Familiarity with top-tier sales and outreach tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Hands-on, strategic, and passionate—you lead by example and bring positive energy to the team every day.
