We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Southern Europe, ideally based in Spain or Portugal, to accelerate our growth in key markets.As a Sales Manager, you are a proactive sales professional with strong technical expertise and deep industry insight. You bring a solid engineering background and understand the challenges and requirements of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.- Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern Europe- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycle- Identify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, and other heavy industries- Represent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows- Lead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering team- Understand the grid business potential for green energy solutions- Maintain awareness of the regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanisms in your region- Help shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and Italy- Manage and achieve sales targets- Participate in a comprehensive 6–8 week onboarding program at our headquarters in Sulzbach, Germany- Visit our HQ regularly (at least twice a year)Was bringst Du mit?- You are a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder with a passion for technical innovation and sustainability.
