About the Role :

As Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for the go-to-market activities for select Strategic Accounts within the Zeitview Wind vertical. In this role, you will get the important role of managing a select few of our largest, most strategic customers in the Wind vertical. You will develop and execute a dynamic, customer-centric commercial strategy, collaborate closely with internal teams, and deliver innovative solutions that drive substantial revenue growth. This role is critical in scaling Zeitview's presence in the wind sector and positioning us as a strategic partner for the future of global wind energy.

Responsibilities :

  • In collaboration with Zeitview Wind leadership, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your strategic accounts to achieve corporate objectives and ambitious revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders of your key accounts.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and help shape solutions that address their challenges in wind turbine inspections and asset management.
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge, market trends, and Zeitview's capabilities to craft tailored, value-based solutions that align with the customer's long-term business goals.
  • Contribute to and effectively communicate the Zeitview Wind brand and messaging to our customers, and be willing to quickly adapt based on a dynamic market and evolving customer priorities
  • Actively manage and report on the immediate and long-term Wind pipeline with a strong emphasis on sales pipeline due diligence and forecast accuracy
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure effective delivery on business plans and client expectations.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing key insights to internal teams to help optimize product offerings and internal processes that align with customer needs in the wind energy sector.
  • Stay informed on the energy market and industry trends, competitor intelligence, emerging technologies, and customer growth strategies.
  • Ensure a strong working knowledge of all services / products offered by Zeitview to determine opportunities and threats
  • Represent Zeitview at key industry events, building thought leadership and deepening relationships within the wind energy ecosystem

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the wind energy sector, with a strong background in B2B solutions, SaaS sales, and services for wind turbine-related infrastructure services - Must Have
  • 10+ years proven experience meeting revenue targets and managing large, complex customers and projects while leveraging CRM system to report and forecast - Must Have
  • 10+ years of value-based selling and developing a deep understanding of customer workflows and challenges across the wind industry - Must Have
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to develop innovative approaches to address critical customer issues and market needs
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels within client organizations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-changing markets and demonstrate agility to adjust approaches as needed
  • Effective organizational and planning skills with the ability to optimize own workload
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, Spanish fluency is a bonus
  • Day-to-Day Tools / Technical Environment :

  • Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Microsoft Office / Google Suite for day-to-day communications and document sharing
