• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the development and implementation of global operational excellence strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to site leaders and teams to ensure effective implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Support the development of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of site leaders and teams.
