We’re looking for a skilled Engineer Manager to join us, who is excited about leading teams, driving technical excellence, and helping shape our engineering culture as we scale.

You will :

  • Lead and empower a team of talented engineers, fostering an environment of innovation, growth, and technical excellence.
  • Drive engineering best practices, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Business) to turn ideas into impactful features.
  • Make key architectural decisions to support our scaling efforts and long-term technical vision.
  • Mentor engineers, supporting career growth and continuous learning.
  • Improve processes to boost efficiency, from CI / CD pipelines to agile methodologies.
  • Be hands-on when needed, reviewing code, setting technical direction, and unblocking the team.

Our ideal candidate has :

  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • Experience scaling systems and teams in a startup or high-growth company.
  • A track record of delivering impactful products while balancing speed and technical debt.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align technical goals with business objectives.
  • A passion for mentoring and helping engineers grow in their careers.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and best practices for high-performance engineering teams.
