Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients, ensuring they receive timely assistance with service inquiries, technical support, and product usage. You will play a key part in maintaining a high standard of service delivery, helping clients remain confident and secure in their use of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email.
  • Assist clients with service-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Accurately maintain and update client records within our CRM and internal systems.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent care-related alerts and ensure proper escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and prompt resolutions to client issues.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism, empathy, and customer care at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Native-level or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a call centre environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Professional, reliable, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM platforms (experience with healthcare-related systems is an advantage).
  • Located in Málaga or willing to relocate.
