What you will do
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S / 4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and third parties during project implementation and post-go-live support.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices.
- Manage integration between SAP S / 4HANA and non-SAP applications when applicable.
- Oversee testing activities, defect management, and user training during UAT and go-live phases.
- Support data migration, interface mapping, and cutover planning with internal and external teams.
- Maintain and evolve the Core Model post-implementation, managing incidents and change requests.
- Ensure quality of deliverables from system integrators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.Over 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement and Materials Management.Proven track record in SAP transformation projects, especially in Source to Pay processes.Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA modules and tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement).Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural, matrix environments.Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).SAP certifications in Procurement, SCM, or Sales & Distribution are desirable.Willingness to travel (twice a month) and work from the Alcobendas office 2–3 days per week.What we offer
