The Sr. Manager Compliance & Excellence, Global Quality Specialties :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support quality strategies for the Specialties department in line with global quality policies and strategic direction for the business.
• Oversee quality processes according to current GMP regulations and internal performance metrics for the specialties business.
• Ensure testing and release activities are conducted timely and in compliance with current registered marketing authorization requirements.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance, support mitigation plans, and assist in quality and productivity improvement projects within the sites in the Specialties department (internal and external).
• Provide training and support to develop the capabilities of Quality employees in the department.
• Continuously assess QA and QC performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with SQH to implement remediation plans.
• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of quality processes within the department.
• Assess compliance levels of internal and external sites, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in remediation as needed.
