Treasury Analyst (Maternity Leave)

Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business field. 1-2 years of treasury or related experience in accounting, banking, financial reporting, or financial planning and analysis. Self-starter capable of working independently and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Quick learner in a dynamic environment with proactive change initiation. Knowledge of the banking industry and technical bank products. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong critical thinking, evaluation skills, and analytical abilities. Teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Bloomberg and other foreign exchange platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help to manage the company’s worldwide liquidity position, including cash position and cash forecast for multiple legal entities and accounts.
- Perform all ongoing daily cash transaction processing, position consolidation, bank file interfaces, reconciliation, and reporting activities accurately and timely.
- Monitor intra-day cash positions on a real-time basis to ensure sufficient funds for daily liquidity and transaction processing.
- Support the Treasury team by executing operational functions such as FX options, spot, swaps, forward deals, exotic currency bookings, return processing, and routine reporting and analyses.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including automation of current processes.
- Recognize payment patterns and trends for risk analysis and cash application efficiency.
- Identify cost-savings opportunities and support special projects.
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
