Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Agent to join our team. As a Customer Success Agent, you will play a crucial role in optimizing lead conversion and enhancing sales distribution processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (at least B2 level)
- Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
