  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Agent to join our team. As a Customer Success Agent, you will play a crucial role in optimizing lead conversion and enhancing sales distribution processes.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
    • Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
    • Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion
    • Required Skills and Qualifications :
    • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
    • Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (at least B2 level)
    • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
