As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team in complex technical tasks to ensure the success of each developer in the project. This role reports to : Software Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development team in technical tasks.
• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality software design.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
• Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
• Establish a technical vision with the development team and work towards company goals.
