We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader Corporate HR who will lead multipurpose development teams through coaching and project management to support the company’s lean transformation. In this role, you will have significant visibility to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with department leaders across Sonova to address these opportunities.
Your tasks
- Lead the deployment of SonovaX tools and coach the PCS (People, Culture & Sustainability) team
- Implement and sustain SonovaX standard toolkit and mindset
- Act as a hands-on practitioner and integrate SonovaX tools into HR systems
- Own and execute the Continuous Improvement funnel for each function
- Partner with PCS leaders to drive improvements and create efficiency gains
- Establish a culture of Continuous Improvement by coaching and mentoring the HR organization
- Ensure all improvements align with regulatory, quality, and corporate compliance requirements
Your profile
University degree in Business Management or a relevant fieldLean certification from a respected organization, with demonstrated, hands-on experience in the daily application of Lean principles in corporate functions7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, including 5+ years in a leadership roleExceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRobust HR skills, including HR process framework, project management methodologies, HR service management practices, and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficient in managing and analyzing data, including regression and trend analysis, and adept in data visualization, particularly with statistical dataExcellent communication skills for effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, and skilled in influencing and motivating others across all organisational levelsFluent in English, both written and spokenOur offer
