Job Title :
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage our internal operations and finance processes.
About the Role :
This is a hands-on, problem-solving position at the heart of our daily business. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the technical and business teams.
- Coordinate with external accounting, payroll, and tax advisors
- Track and forecast cash flow and project profitability
- Oversee customer invoicing, vendor payments, and contract execution
- Supervise vacation, sick leave, and general HR administrative controls
- Lead internal purchasing and cost control
- Support public grant documentation and project audits
- Maintain ISO 9001 and other internal quality system compliance
- Improve internal workflows for operations and reporting
