Who we’re looking for :

A senior graphic designer with a strategic mindset and 6+ years of experience in creative or marketing agencies. You thrive in a hybrid role that blends hands-on design excellence with client-facing leadership . You care deeply about the story behind every visual decision, hold high standards, and express your ideas with clarity—both visually and in writing. You enjoy managing projects, building trust with clients, and motivating teams, all while keeping a sharp eye on quality, consistency, and purpose.

Tasks that you’ll develop in your day-to-day :

• Lead the end-to-end development of brand activation campaigns for clients, from creative concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 designers, providing creative direction and quality control, while keeping an active role as a designer.
• Balance multiple workstreams at once, ensuring that priorities are managed and the team’s bandwidth is respected.
• Lead the creation of sales decks that balance creativity and clarity, by defining the overall storytelling and copywriting and crafting impactful presentations.
• Produce high-impact videos, landing pages, and digital materials individually or in collaboration with designers and motion professionals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects and proactively communicate added-value ideas to the client.
• Collaborate with the operations team to build accurate budgets, timing plans, and resource allocations based on project scope.
• Monitor project health, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met while flagging risks early and proposing mitigation plans.
• Ensure project scopes remain clear and controlled, providing high-end customer service daily, managing change requests smoothly, and communicating their impact effectively.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication around deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps at every stage of the project.
• Drive post-mortem reviews and client feedback analysis to extract learnings, celebrate successes, and improve processes.
• Presentation and communication skills : Experience creating narratives (storyboards, presentations, etc.) and presenting ideas to clients.
• Efficiency-driven : Growth excites you. You explore new tools (including AI-powered ones) and know how to use technology to work smarter, not just faster.
• Technical skills : Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English (C1).
• Attention to detail : You have a sharp eye for design quality, love typography, and double-check everything before sharing it.
• High standards : You take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high level of excellence. You’re not satisfied with “good enough”.
• Designer by heart : You stay on top of design trends and cultivate a curious mindset.
• Business mindset : You understand how design supports business goals and enjoy connecting creative ideas with real-world impact. You’re comfortable thinking from the client’s perspective and spotting opportunities to add value.
• Collaboration : Great teamwork and communication skills – you value giving and receiving feedback and trust the hive mind.
• Strategic thinking : You design with purpose, tailoring each project to its goals and audience.
