We are currently looking for a Head of Learning & Development, who will involve designing, implementing and managing training programs across all levels of the organization, ensuring consistent delivery of Honest Greens' culture, values and hospitality philosophy.

Responsibilities :

• Establish processes, procedures and systems that will shape the department's growth and future operations.
• Identify training needs and work closely with the OPS team.
• Create and design tailored training programs and develop training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules).
• Lead and manage the training team.
• Evaluate the performance of training initiatives and adjust the programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with the HR department in creating career and succession plans to ensure the company has a trained and motivated workforce.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and profesional development within the organization.
• Ensure that all employees are aligned with the company’s values and objectives through training.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging training technologies and best practices.
