Required Skills and Qualifications :
10+ years of sales experience in agriculture, preferably in biologicals.In-depth knowledge of the Iberia biologicals market and strong sales network.Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Portuguese or Italian is a plus).Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and other business targets.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and represent the company across the region.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Location and Benefits :
