We are seeking an Automotive Product Engineer for our team in Valencia, working with one of the most important Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities :

Project reception, RFQ quoting, mold, part, and process feasibility, quality assurance. Ensure no issues between components.
Monitor in-plant problems during the launch phase. Analyze part capacity.
Conduct tolerance analysis.
Address problems in production processes.
During the launch phase : find solutions to any issues, review prototypes, and implement design modifications. Manage documentation such as RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, cost savings, and quality regulations. Conduct feasibility studies, materials documentation, tolerances, tests, etc.

Requirements :

Mechanical Engineer with over 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.

Experience with aesthetic plastic parts.

Experience in feasibility studies (mold, part, process, quality), design review, part capacity analysis, tolerance analysis, gauge design, and problem resolution during the launch phase.

High proficiency in English.

Willingness to travel internationally.
