Your responsibilities and impact as an Inside Sales Representative will be :
- Outbound calls and cold-calling to look for new potential clients
- Developing the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Creating and maintaining relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of techniques, strategies, and competitor movements
- Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Focusing on driving profit through proactive management
- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline
- Responding to and providing solutions for incoming client or partner calls
