Job Description :

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically within the Capital Raising Unit (CRU) team. The Asset Management division is a core and expanding area for Alantra, which is actively seeking new growth opportunities across various byproducts and geographies.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Asset Management CRM Management :
  • Implementation of new CRM features in coordination with IT
  • Updating investment opportunities and ensuring information accuracy
  • Identifying potential prospects for new products / projects using research tools
  • Business Development & Partner Relations :
  • Managing relationships with partners
  • Preparing presentations for internal committees
  • Attending meetings with product leaders and investment teams
  • Research & Client Prospecting :
  • Researching potential new LPs in international markets using tools like Pitchbook, Market Intelligence, and public web sources
  • Preparing documentation and minutes for product boards
  • Coordinating with Alantra's Corporate Development division on product and investor information
  • Updating product information on platforms used by investment consultants or advisors

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will support the department's growth activities across all Alantra Asset Management products and should possess the following qualities :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, consulting, accounting, audit, or compliance; experience in Asset Management is highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
