We are currently seeking Tech Directors to join our team at Globant!

Responsibilities include :

  • Collaborating with professionals who have pioneered revolutionary solutions in their fields.
  • Making an impact through large-scale projects globally.
  • Developing your career within our Studios, which focus on specific expertise and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Mentoring and coaching Tech Leads and Architects.
  • Leading and influencing multiple teams to achieve objectives.
  • Recommending strategic opportunities for code reuse across the company.
  • Setting performance and training standards for technical profiles.
  • Training teams in Agile best practices and acting as Scrum Master.
  • Traveling to expand your professional horizons.
  • Choosing your career path in a flexible environment with over 600 ongoing projects.
  • Participating in an agile pod culture that emphasizes teamwork, directly engaging with clients, and evolving through a maturity path.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, processes, and technical team leadership.
