What You'll Be Doing

• Graduating from our Talent Academy to become a full 360 recruiter
• Building and implementing sourcing strategies
• Developing talent pipelines and executing research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
• Finding and engaging candidates through various channels and alternative search techniques
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to optimise sourcing efforts using data
• Managing talent pools in our ATS
• Implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods
