Position Overview :

Join Socialpoint as a Producer and help drive the success of our global Data Engineering team!

Our Data Engineering team is spread across North America, India and Barcelona (where you will be based), which means we’re looking for someone who’s flexible. Don’t worry - we’re not expecting 5 a.m. calls or late-night marathons- but a little adaptability now and then goes a long way in making teamwork smooth and effective.

You will play a key role in managing projects, ensuring everything runs efficiently while keeping communication crystal clear for a smart and driven group from a variety of cultural backgrounds. A positive attitude, curiosity, and the skills to foster collaboration and sustain motivation will take you far.

What You'll do :

• You will partner with the Data Engineering team leads to manage project plans and schedules.
• Stay ahead of roadblocks by supporting with the planning, execution and reporting . You'll ensure projects are timely and of top quality.
• Run scrums , keep the team aligned and prioritized and make agile actually work in a way that’s productive (and not just for the sake of it!).
• You’ll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun, collaborative way.
• You will own effective communication within the team and outwardly.
• You’ll help identify areas of opportunity concerning processes, working to make things smoother and more efficient.
