The Role
We partner with major UK brands to provide trusted vehicle history checks, impacting millions of consumers monthly. As part of the Product Development team, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining customer-facing and internal applications, ensuring high standards and quality. You will also define technological standards, communicate with other business areas, gather requirements, and manage expectations effectively.

- Deliver projects in an Agile environment, meeting time, cost, and quality goals.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding and promote the latest software and technologies.
- Develop robust, resilient solutions aligned with CAP-HPI standards.
- Advocate for testing, change management, and release processes.
- Implement continuous improvements aligned with product strategy.
- Propose innovative approaches to work processes.
- Complete all mandated security and business continuity training and awareness courses.
- Stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support alignment with ISO processes managed by the IS / BC team.
- Proactively address security threats and ensure browser and device compatibility.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Experience
At least 2 years of delivering IT development projects.Related degree or equivalent qualifications / experience.Required Skills
Java 8 - 21Java Web applications (e.g., Tomcat, Websphere, Spring MVC)Experience with Stored Procedures (MSSQL, DB2, MongoDB, Postgres)Desirable Skills
