WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • 5+ Years of Experience in identity and access management.
  • Experience in application integration and user management
  • Use of authentication and authorization protocols SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Fed
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA , identity lifecycle management, and access policies.
  • Ability to provide technical support via ServiceNow or a similar platform.
  • English fluent

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

  • Design, implement and manage IAM solutions for secure identity and access management.
  • Provide level 2 / 3 support for IAM incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize IAM systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and development teams on access policies.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides for IAM solutions.
  • Improve IAM processes and procedures for continuous optimization.
