We are hiring tech-savvy professionals based in Spain for full-remote technical customer support roles, specializing in cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions . This is a great opportunity to join an international team under a permanent Spanish contract .

Position Details :

Language requirements : Fluent in one of the following : Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or Spanish, plus English C1-C2
Contract type : Permanent (contrato indefinido)
Work model : 100% remote (must reside in Spain)
Field : Technical Customer Support for cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, etc.
Schedule : Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
Training : Fully paid

Your Responsibilities :

Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email, or phone

Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements

Create and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQs

Who We're Looking For :

You are already living in Spain

You speak one of the listed languages natively and have C1-C2 level English
