The Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing their portfolio by :
- Prospecting in their catchment area and selling the products and services marketed by Sidexa-SOLERA in France, focusing on strategic customers.
- Ensuring follow-up and loyalty of 'Premium' accounts to satisfy customers and develop additional sales.
- Adopting the sales methodology of Sidexa-SOLERA acquired during training.
- Reporting actions using the tools provided by Solera.
Main Tasks
Sales Responsibilities :
Visiting professional bodywork specialists (agents, bodywork specialists, dealers, dealership groups, garages) to ensure commercial development.Creating and developing the Sidexa-SOLERA customer portfolio.Marketing all solutions and software-related services (maintenance, training, etc.) within their portfolio.Representing the company's image to customers and partners, and conducting sales actions at trade shows, forums, and conventions to promote Sidexa-SOLERA products and services.Attending sales meetings and customer events.Directing customers to internal support services for technical, commercial, or accounting difficulties.Administrative Responsibilities :
Managing sales documentation such as order forms, service contracts, quotations, and brochures.Following administrative procedures and keeping the customer database up to date.Ensuring daily reporting via Salesforce.Prerequisites for the Future Employee
Interest in sales and negotiation.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.Prospecting capabilities, autonomy, initiative, and pugnacity.Good interpersonal, negotiation, and argumentation skills.Driving license required.J-18808-Ljbffr
