Descripción del trabajo

Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfil your career expectations in a fast-growing organization.

Being a manager at Amaris Consulting is best described as an intrapreneur’s role. Within our Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) division, you will have the opportunity to create, develop, and manage your own Business Unit, with full operational and strategic control. Unlike traditional consultant roles, the HEMA division operates primarily on fixed-price projects delivered internally, which makes this position highly focused on business development with less emphasis on individual consultant management.

  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction

  • Prepare structured technical and financial business proposals and lead negotiations
  • Handle contractual and legal aspects when opening new accounts

Recruitment & Team Leadership

  • Ensure proper integration of consultants within internal delivery teams and manage their allocation across multiple projects
  • Support key individuals in their career development and project engagement
  • Manage intercontract periods with proactive and appropriate solutions
  • Improve internal processes and propose new initiatives to enhance delivery quality and team efficiency
  • Financial & Performance Management

  • Oversee the operational and financial success of your Business Unit
  • Conduct advanced Profit & Loss analysis and take action to optimize both Turnover and Contributive Margin
  • Monitor project follow-up and delivery reporting
  • Contribute to business plan reviews and decision-making processes
  • Address recovery situations and ensure client payment cycles are respected
  • Your profile

  • Academic background : Master’s degree from an Engineering School or Business School, ideally with a focus on the pharmaceutical or health sector
