What We’re Looking For
- Strong startup mindset, with ownership, autonomy, and resilience
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in :
- Aerodynamic design of wings and high-lift systems
- CFD simulation and validation (OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, etc.)
- FEM structural analysis (e.g., Nastran, Ansys Mechanical)
- Aeroelasticity and morphing wing mechanisms
- Materials and structures for weight-sensitive systems
- Ability to lead R&D and system architecture from zero
- Strong technical communication and decision-making under uncertainty
- Spanish is a big plus, as the founder is based in Spain
- Passion for pushing boundaries in aircraft performance and sustainability

Technical Architecture : Lead conceptual design and simulation of variable-geometry wingsSimulation & Validation : Develop and run CFD / FEM pipelines for aerodynamic and structural evaluationProduct Evolution : Shape the roadmap for testing, prototyping, and iterationInnovation : Bring creative engineering ideas into practical designsCollaboration : Work side-by-side with the CEO / founder on product, funding, and strategyWhat We Offer
