What you doWorking within the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to attract and develop profitable and successful new business focused on Travel, Ticketing, and Lodging with a very autonomous and proactive apprach as well as partnet with new and existing stakeholders and cross departmental team to reach our targets. You will manage and overseeing the entire sales process.Reporting to the Head of BD, Travel, Ticketing & Lodging you will :

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and prospect list
  • Identify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners tender requests
  • Analyze and leverage research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion
  • Build a comprehensive network within the industry
  • Build an understanding of key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions suiting the market trends and partners business needs
  • Cooperate, coordinate, problem solve and manage internal and external stakeholdes across all areas of the organization to ensure that the new business targets are achievedWhat you bring
  • Minimum 5 + years experience with proven sales track recordExperienece with developing new and existing business customer and business segments within the Insurance and Assistance environment
  • Strong network within the Travel industry
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and present on senior level
  • Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge
