Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityWorldline's Operation Services division delivers monitoring solutions across our global business units. Our observability squad, part of a 100-strong international team, leads our global observability strategy by integrating open-source technologies into production standards. We operate primarily with the Grafana ecosystem (Grafana, Mimir / Prometheus, Loki) while supporting legacy systems where needed. Currently, we're developing an innovative machine learning-based predictive monitoring solution launched last January, where you'll play a key role in future product delivery, implementation and in supporting adoption.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and evolution of our observability practices across Worldline's environments, serving as a key advisor to business teams (DevOps, SRE) and developing guidelines to increase team autonomy.
Expertly configure, optimize and scale our monitoring infrastructure based on the Grafana stack (Grafana, Mimir / Prometheus, Loki), supporting the industrialization of deployment standards.
Leverage Python programming skills to create custom monitoring solutions, automate processes, and develop integrations between our observability tools and business applications.
Contribute to our innovative predictive monitoring feature by applying machine learning techniques to identify patterns, predict potential issues, and enhance our proactive monitoring capabilities.Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. 3+ years in IT production environments with strong application / system management skills and specific focus on monitoring practices.
2+ years working with the Grafana ecosystem, particularly Prometheus (including PromQL) and Grafana. Experience with Loki and other log / metric management tools is highly valued.
Proficiency in Python programming, along with experience using infrastructure tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab, and Puppet.
Strong communication skills with fluent English, curiosity-driven mindset, and initial experience with machine learning technologies to support our predictive monitoring initiatives.Perks & Benefits
