About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Consultant to join our growing consulting team at Factorial. You’ll work alongside 15+ consultants across Finance, Payroll, and Talent—helping build and scale our finance services offering. Finance Management is a key Domain that includes Expenses Management, Account Payable / Procurement, Project Management, and Financial Workspace. Your main challenge will be to ensure our product fully adapts to client needs by understanding their processes and identifying improvements. You’ll use your financial expertise and tech skills to support clients in optimizing their finance processes with Factorial’s tools, deliver impactful insights, and develop scalable service packages to promote long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Finance Enablement : Help clients implement and optimize finance operations using Factorial’s Finance Management Solutions. Train finance teams, share best practices, and support process automation.
• Design Scalable Services : Create repeatable service packages—from discovery and training to strategic advisory.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor : Understand client needs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements. Support compliance, audit readiness, and use analytics for cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure aligned delivery.
• Bridge Product and Market : Provide feedback to the Product team, support testing, and validate features to meet client needs.
• Support Marketing : Contribute expertise to promote our finance solutions through campaigns and educational content.
