A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include :

• Implementing all statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and local by-laws.
• Responding promptly to all inquiries.
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work, ensuring the use of appropriate PPE.
• Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable.
• Following planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives.
• Following C.O.S.H.H regulations, especially regarding the storage of hazardous substances.
• Attending additional training relevant to the role.
