Customer Service Representative

Role Mission

Ensure proper coordination between Customer Service, Logistics, Technical Service, and the customer to deliver the highest level of performance in product supplies and service to customers (on time and in a cost-effective manner).

What your responsibilities will be

You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers. Your daily management of defined customer accounts will include tasks such as :

  • Customer accounts setup and data management
  • Monitoring product availability
  • Product batch allocation
  • Sales order processing in SAP
  • Order preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse
  • Logistics organization for product delivery, shipments, and transport follow-up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and product integrity
  • Billing of products and services
  • Supporting technical groups by managing trunk stock replenishment, spare parts ordering, and return management
  • Checking and approving freight invoices and controlling freight costs
  • Handling customer complaints via SAP Fiori and managing deviations (DR / CAPA)
  • Maintaining communication with customers and sales representatives to understand requirements and optimize service performance
  • Participating in tenders and coordinating with relevant departments
  • Supporting quality audits

Who you are

To perform this job successfully, you should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Customer Service, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (Level C1)
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in logistics within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team interaction
