Headquarter Senior Financial Controller

HQ of an important multinational Group is looking for a Senior Financial Controller based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have around 5-8 years of professional experience in Finance, including at least 2-3 years as a Finance & Business Controller in a multinational environment. Previous Big 4 experience (audit or Transaction Services) is a plus, but candidates with only audit experience will not be considered. Experience managing multiple countries or business units is advantageous. A very high level of English is required. The workplace type is Hybrid .

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate group forecasts and annual budgets.
• Analyze deviations in P&L, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Net Financial Debt.
• Ensure compliance with Group's reporting standards (Spanish GAAP, IFRS).
• Communicate regularly with local Finance Teams across countries.
• Provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop financial dashboards and improve reporting systems.
