Job Title : Operational Resilience Expert

The Role :

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an end-to-end strategic approach to operational resilience, including governance and oversight.
  • Ensure that IT services can be recovered and resumed in a timely manner following a disruption.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, assess, and test if AXA GO is ready for a major incident or crisis.
  • Collaborate with local security teams to align IT service continuity management and IT resilience planning with group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain IT service continuity management and IT resilience methodology as part of the operational resilience management system.

    • Requirements :

  • University degree in security or IT.
  • Proficiency in IT service continuity management and IT resilience standards, good practices, and tools.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Business continuity management and incident and crisis management standards knowledge.
