About the position

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will design and implement policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and work to improve employee working conditions. You will ensure compliance with HSE regulations while considering organizational performance. We seek a proactive, agile candidate to join our team and help build a multinational H&S management system and tools.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our H&S practices and collaborate with a dynamic team to develop solutions. The position is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejon Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external safety risk analyses
• Design awareness tools (training materials, signage, equipment guides) to enhance HSE procedures
• Organize preventive actions (fire drills, etc.) and propose solutions for issues
• Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks
• Verify installations' compliance through site visits
• Manage accident response, investigation, and corrective actions
• Respond to regulatory authorities' requests and prepare necessary documents
• Draft reports summarizing data and risk scenarios
