MAIN TASKS :
- Provide support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, particularly in solution design, estimation, and assumptions, when technical knowledge is required.
- Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, offering comprehensive knowledge of the platform and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
- Detect and notify risks related to technical management, project profitability, and client engagement.
- Ensure smooth project progress concerning scope, schedule, and costs; alert and anticipate deviations.
- Ensure technical objectives are met and that software quality standards are adhered to, in line with Omega's technical management.
- Supervise effort estimations during testing phases and collaborate on project demos for clients.
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive technical documentation.
- Participate in the development and training of the technical team, providing guidance to enhance their skills.
- Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and suggest methodological improvements.
- Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
At least 3 years of experience in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.Experience as a Salesforce.com developer in various modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English at a high level.WHAT WE OFFER
