Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Management professional to oversee the development and enhancement of operational quality-related system tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously optimize the quality standards system.
- Coordinate the setting and breakdown of business quality targets for the Center of Excellence (COE).
- Monitor and analyze overall network quality trends and target achievement, identifying and addressing quality issues across different levels.
- Drive responsible units to implement improvements, including distribution stations, pickup, delivery, transportation, and sorting.
- Oversight of the development and enhancement of operational quality-related system tools, such as system operation processes, data analysis, and reporting functions.
Requirements
