We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Operations Specialist to join our team and become the connective link across departments, partners, and platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from creation to final delivery
- Act as the go-to person for suppliers, buyers, transport companies, and internal teams (Commercial, Accounting, Logistics, Quality Assurance)
- Ensure all required documents (delivery notes, invoices, CMRs) are correctly uploaded and that orders are finalized post-delivery
- Use HubSpot to assign tasks and streamline internal coordination
- Monitor order progress proactively and address delays before they impact operations
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce turnaround time and increase process transparency
What you'll bring to the table :
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain managementProficient with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plusHighly detail-oriented and efficient; you keep things moving without missing key stepsStrong communicator, able to coordinate across teams and external partnersAnalytical and solution-focused; you spot issues early and resolve them effectivelyComfortable with digital tools and systems, and quick to learn new platformsThrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsYou arelocated in Seville, Spain, or nearby, as this is an onsite positionFluent in Spanish and EnglishWhat we can offer :
