Operations Specialist

Wikifarmer is on a mission to empower farmers around the world by educating them and providing direct access to the open market. As our operations grow, so does the complexity behind the scenes. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Operations Specialist to join our team and become the connective link across departments, partners, and platforms.

This role is about managing every step of the order process, from initiation to completion, with efficiency and accuracy. If you’re driven by process optimization and skilled at resolving issues before they escalate, this could be your next career move.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from creation to final delivery
• Act as the go-to person for suppliers, buyers, transport companies, and internal teams (Commercial, Accounting, Logistics, Quality Assurance)
• Ensure all required documents (delivery notes, invoices, CMRs) are correctly uploaded and that orders are finalized post-delivery
• Use HubSpot to assign tasks and streamline internal coordination
• Monitor order progress proactively and address delays before they impact operations
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce turnaround time and increase process transparency
