Job Summary

Join our global analytics team and play a key role in delivering insightful commercial reporting and analysis across Swissport's group functions and regions. Our mission is to provide timely, high-quality data that empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions, ultimately driving the company's success. This role involves daily interaction and close collaboration with both headquarters and regional leaders across all business lines. Job Responsibilities

  • Commercial & Ad-hoc Support
  • Deliver relevant commercial data and insights to stakeholders across regions and group functions.
  • Contribute to due diligence efforts led by top management in coordination with central teams.
  • Generate market intelligence and analytics using both internal and external data tools.
  • Address one-off requests from the global commercial community as needed.
  • Sales Performance Metrics & Commercial Development
  • Contribute to the creation of sales plans, account review materials, presentations, and other strategic outputs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance metrics, dashboards, and CRM scorecards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CRM-related queries, supporting end users and ensuring optimal system use.
  • Commercial Reporting & Business Insights
  • Collaborate on internal and external presentations by providing data-driven insights on customers, contracts, and business opportunities.
  • Help strengthen the Performance Management framework to enhance monthly commercial reporting and business outcomes.
  • Maintain and uphold processes, timelines, and best practices within the regional commercial community.
  • Play an active role in the monthly commercial reporting cycle, supporting both regional and group needs.
  • Assist in refining procedures and improving data handling processes to elevate the quality and professionalism of commercial reporting.
  • Contribute to broader commercial initiatives, including budgeting, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance data accuracy and increase awareness across the organization.
  • Document and share best practices to improve performance and consistency at both group and regional levels.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar analytical or commercial role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a structured, organized approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; solid knowledge of the full MS Office suite.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with reporting frameworks and P&Ls is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Adaptable and positive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English (corporate language); additional languages are a plus.
