As our Senior Marketing CRM Analyst , you'll be the strategic owner of CRM data, reporting, and insight generation. You’ll play a crucial role in driving smarter decision-making across the marketing department, ensuring our campaign efforts are tracked and supported by meaningful data and insights.
You'll lead CRM data governance, champion insight-driven marketing, and mentor teams across the business on data literacy, digital analytics, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities :
Strategic CRM analytics Ownership : Lead the design and maintenance of CRM data frameworks, including campaign tracking and testing.Analytics & Dashboarding Leadership : Develop and manage core dashboards and reporting structures to monitor CRM performance, campaign engagement, and repurchase behavior.Insight Generation : Apply advanced analytics techniques to identify trends in email marketing activities and make recommendations to improve acquisition, re-engagement, and conversion.Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with local and central teams to provide analytical support for business cases and marketing performance evaluation.Tracking & Audience Architecture : Oversee tracking initiatives, customer lifecycle management, and segmentation efforts.Training & Knowledge Sharing : Lead internal workshops and training sessions on CRM compliance, reporting tools, and analytics best practices.Minimum Requirements :
3+ years' experience in CRM or marketing analyticsExperience in A / B test design and measurementBachelor's / Master’s in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or similarStrong expertise in SQL, relational databases, and marketing KPIsHands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI toolsExperience with CRM platforms (preferably Braze), web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics); knowledge of CDP platforms (e.g., Tealium) is a plusProficiency in Excel; Python knowledge is a plusStrong communication and presentation skillsFluent in English; additional European languages are a plusAdditional Information :
