Engineering Manager

Descripción del trabajoActing as a team leader for individual contributors (QA and Software engineers); Being responsible for the team's direction, performance and outcomes; People and skills management; Fostering and advocating for Lean-Agile ways of working; Being Lean-Agile change agent; Ensuring the product's technical excellence; Software and solution architecture; Recruitment and retention; Onboarding and training; Ensuring effective collaboration and communication with related functions Hiring, mentoring, and managing performance within the team; Continuously improve delivery flow by advocating and implementing Lean-Agile practices; Monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement; Providing regular reporting and metrics to the Head of Development to enable effective decision-making; Collaborating with the Head of Development, your peers and Principal Engineer to align technical and product strategies; Overseeing the technical and architectural design processes; Overseeing the technical strategy implementation; Tracking the system performance according to Non-Functional requirements and ensuring adherence; Leading internal functional and cross-functional projects to optimize the development process.
