128073;Your role?

Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions

Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.

Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.

Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.

Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.

Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for

Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.

Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance

Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

What would make you a great candidate?

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.

2 years of experience in IT recruitment role.

High level of English (spoken and written).

Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.

Passion for the IT world.
