Job Title : European Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Leader

Job Description :

  • We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Leader to join our team in Europe.

This role will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and post-market activities across Western and Southern Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive compliance and quality excellence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and post-market activities across Western and Southern Europe.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive compliance and quality excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance for medical devices.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of EU regulations, ISO 13485, and FDA standards.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
