We are seeking a talented Software Asset Management (SAM) specialist to join our team. As a SAM specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing software requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.Key Responsibilities :

• CIB IT Licenses Management :

Prepare, create, present, follow, monitor, analyze, and report CIB IT licenses figures for your scope in close collaboration with the Global SAM team.- Vendors Inventories / Audit Requests :

Contribute to vendors inventories / audit requests.- Software Optimization :

Support IT managers for software optimization.- Software Deployment Strategies :

Contribute to software deployment strategies.- Business Cases :

Prepare SW business cases.- Licenses and Maintenance Contracts :

Manage the provision of licenses and maintenance contracts liaising with SW vendors within the European scope.- Invoice Monitoring :

Invoice monitoring.Required Skills and Qualifications :

Expertise in Software Asset Management with proven knowledge of major SW-vendor metrics (Microsoft, IBM, VMWare, Oracle…).- IT Framework Understanding :

Good understanding of IT framework, basic infrastructure, and IT services.- Advanced MS Excel :

Advanced Level of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions and Formulas).- Language Skills :

English both spoken and written mandatory.Benefits :
