E-commerce Business Intelligence Analyst (All genders)

Why This Role Matters

Pet owners across Europe buy more than 2bn of food treats and litter from zooplus every year. Your mission is to turn that realtime sales price and competitor data into the next 100million of growth. Youll be the analytical engine behind five highpotential markets (Italy UK Spain Ireland Portugal) transforming raw numbers into clear actions for our Category Growth and Country teams.

What You Will Do

1. Create insight that moves the needle

Analyse pricing promotions assortment and customer cohorts to spot revenue and margin opportunities

Translate findings into crisp stories that inspire action at all levels from analyst peers to Executive Leadership

2. Build tools that scale

Design automate and maintain selfserve dashboards in Tableau / PowerBI cutting manual reporting time

Pilot new methodologies and roll them out to stakeholders

3. Partner and deliver

Sit with the Central Analytics team while working daily with Category Managers Growth Managers and Country Leads

Lead crossfunctional project squads ensuring insights turn into tested initiatives and measurable results

Upskill colleagues through adhoc training sessions and documentation so they can selfserve simple analyses

Qualifications :

5 years in business intelligence revenue analytics or commercial finance ideally in ecommerce or retail

Advanced SQL plus handson experience with Tableau PowerBI or Looker; Python / R a strong bonus

Solid grasp of pricing promotion and assortment levers and the KPIs that drive online P&L

Ability to simplify complex data for nontechnical audiences and influence decisions without authority

Fluent English; Italian Spanish or Portuguese welcomed
